As the founder of Ber Wilson and a Principal Construction Receiver with McCleery Company, Ericson leverages two decades of experience to deliver high-stakes projects with absolute precision. His background is heavily fortified by federal expertise; he holds the rigorous USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors (QMC) certification and credentials in EM Department of War 385-1-1 Safety Standards, the gold standard for federal safety compliance. 

Under Ericson leadership, Ber Wilson has become a GSA-approved and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers–certified powerhouse, trusted by federal agencies and private developers alike to handle complex multifamily, commercial, and infrastructure initiatives.

As a proud first-generation Pacific Islander American of Tongan heritage, Ericson leads with a philosophy that sets him apart. Fluent in Spanish, he connects seamlessly with diverse teams, operating from the core value of Ohana, treating every client and partner as family.

With over 20 years of experience shaping the Southern California landscape, Jonathan has established a reputation as a heavy hitter in the infrastructure construction management industry. As a Structures CM Group Manager, Contract Manager, and Project Manager, Jonathan has successfully overseen a staggering portfolio with a combined construction value in excess of $2.5 billion. This track record includes more than 24 major infrastructure projects, proving an ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results on a massive scale.

Jonathan brings a deep versatility to every project, mastering multiple delivery methods including Design-Build, Bid-Build, and CMGC pursuits. This expertise extends to working hand-in-hand with public agencies, managing every phase of construction from the groundbreaking to final closeout. Whether managing teams of engineers or coordinating inspection staff, Jonathan is known for leading with precision on high-stakes civil and structural projects.
